Courtyard Early Learning Center is looking for up to 30 new Courtyard teachers!

We have a lot of really great teachers at Courtyard.  And then we have a few that feel they are above the rules and expectations.  They seem to feel like licensing rules are just a recommendation, and just don’t think expectations apply to them…..’just everyone else’.

Christa and Candace are looking to fix that.  The licensing rules and Courtyard policies are there for a reason.  No staff member is above them.

 

Our goal at Courtyard is simple.  Come in each day and focus on your kids.  Make the day special! Bond with them!  Get to know their little world, what makes them happy?!  Do more of that!!  The first five years of a child’s life is so so special.  Courtyard should and WILL compliment that.  Let them be kids, play with them, have the dance parties and build towers with blocks.  Teach them something new each day.

 

Christa, Candace and our Courtyard parents are very supportive and appreciative of our teachers. We strive to give teachers work life balance, to earn annual pay increases, and give teachers opportunities to really stretch their skillset in an educational environment. There are a lot of perks at Courtyard that staff won’t find at other centers.
