In a World where you can be Anything,
be Kind....

We (Candace and Christa) are looking for up to 30 new teachers that will arrive to work each day, and partner with us to give these kids the care that they deserve and parents are paying for.
Below is a list of the common licensing and Courtyard policy violations that we are consistently experiencing. It is our goal that our current teachers join us doing the job that parents are paying them to do, and at the same time hiring new teachers that want to come in and join us in providing exceptional care to our Courtyard Kiddos.
-
Accountability - consistently blaming others instead of being accountable
-
Over communication that causes unnecessary issues for the operation of the center, and confusion on care
-
Avoidance to practice love, logic and redirection to assist children
-
Failure to follow our simple attendance policy
-
Cell phone use
-
Dress code
-
Basic Care- repeatedly being reminded to wipe noses, fix hair, sending kids home dirty
-
Cleaning - refusal to keep a clean classroom, refusal to do daily cleaning
-
Requesting schedule alteration without proper notice
-
Leaving your class out of ratio consistently whether indoors or out
-
Not providing supervision
Courtyard is not like any other child care center. We work hard to provide our teachers with support, work life balance, a nice classroom to work in, great families to serve, and so much more. We want to provide the best environment we possibly can for our employees.
In turn, we are asking our employees to partner with us, and keep their kiddos their focus.
We want Courtyard to continue to thrive and be the best place to work. However, we are only as good as our team is. It is our goal to make this team the best team.
