Learn about Our Amazing  After School Program at Courtyard

Are you trying to find a safe, exciting, and encouraging after-school program for your child? Our after-school program is intended to give parents peace of mind while ensuring that kids have fun and productive afternoons! This program is for Kindergarten and First Grade only.

Safe Care: A secure environment and constant attention are provided to children.

​

Engaging Activities: From arts and crafts to sports, music, and outdoor play. There's something for every interest.

​

Transportation:

Children that attend schools that have bus service to Creek Trail drive will need to be transported using the schools busing system.  Courtyard will transport other enrolled children.

​

Homework Help: Dedicated homework help sessions where our teachers help kids with their assignments.

​

Hours: 3:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday

​

Ages:

Children enrolled in Kindergarten & First Grade

​

School Break Care will be available during winter break, spring break, inclement weather days (pending we are open) professional development days and early release.

Tuition​: $50 each Monday

​

Registration Process:

1.  Request enrollment using the link to the right.

2.  Meet with Christa or Candace to go over how the program operates, to ensure a smooth transition.  All parents that are involved in the child's life should attend to be offered the spot.  Having a strong relationship with the parents from the start gives us the best chance at ensuring the focus is your child and providing them with a secure facility.

3.  Complete the registration form and provide the financial deposit.  A spot is not "locked in" until we have a registration form and financial deposit.

Deposit to Hold Spot:

A deposit of $150.00 is due to hold the spot.  The deposit is non-refundable, and will be held to pay towards the financial obligation at the end of care.

Past Courtyard kiddos will have a higher chance of enrollment into this program.
