Courtyard Early Learning Center is the whole package! If you're looking for a preschool that provides a balance of technology and hands on learning then Courtyard is it! As a kindergarten teacher for Jefferson City Public Schools and a mother to a kindergarten aged son and a three-year-old daughter, I understand first hand the social, emotional and physical developmental needs of children. I can say, with confidence, that these needs are being met through the staff at Courtyard! The staff and teachers at Courtyard understand that each child is unique and should be exposed to a variety of learning experiences. They provide children with the necessary emotional and behavioral supports while also nourishing academic and cognitive needs through their specific tailoring of weekly lessons. 

My son, who is now six years old, has attended Courtyard since he was only eight weeks old. Courtyard has been his home away from home! The friends that he has made are friends that he will keep for a lifetime. My daughter has also attended since she was 11 weeks old. As an infant my daughter required special attention and modifications for her diet and the staff did a wonderful job of providing for her needs. 

While it can be difficult to leave my children to the care of others, I know they are both very well taken care of at Courtyard. 

Courtyard Early Learning Center is not only fun and exciting for kids but warm and welcoming to everyone that walks through their doors! I have and will continue to recommend Courtyard as the best choice for childcare and for preparing children for a lifelong love of learning!

We enrolled at Courtyard in 2012 when Riley was almost two years old. I heard from several parents how wonderful Courtyard Early Learning Center is and quickly I learned as well.  I started expressing how much we love every aspect about Courtyard and soon we had several family members and friends join the Courtyard family.

We cannot say enough great things about Courtyard.  In the time that our son has been at your facility, he has had major improvements in speech development, potty habits, and many more basic skills compared to our previous facility.  We LOVE that the meals are so balanced and can be at ease during the day knowing he is getting nutritional meals to help his precious little body develop.  We are so thankful to have her, along with the entire Courtyard staff, teaching and playing with our little boy while we are working.

Nick and I could not be more impressed with Courtyard Early Learning Center! The facility is beautiful (what child wouldn't love going to "the castle school" as our little guy calls it?!), the curriculum is excellent, and the activities Christa, Candace and their team are continually implementing are so engaging and exciting for little ones. Most importantly though, the teachers and staff at Courtyard are top-notch! They are truly some of the most caring and thoughtful women you will ever meet. When I went back to work, choosing a daycare wasn't easy - it's a daunting task to find somewhere for your child to be for 8 hours a day and pray that he will be happy, loved, and well cared for. But from the minute we walked in, we felt completely at home here. They love my son (and all of his little boy rowdiness!) and have worked with us to potty train him, find a routine that helped Mr. Social be able to nap even in a room full of his friends, and were thoughtful enough to call and check on him when he had his tonsils out. It is such a blessing to go to work each day knowing that if we can't be home with him, he is in the next best place - a child-centered, curriculum-based daycare where he is growing and learning and happy every single day!

I love that it has a secure door system and the staff has always been very attentive of my boy.  We also originally really liked that the older rooms have a somewhat classroom setting and our son is constantly singing songs that I didn’t teach him plus he knows all his shapes and many other things so I know that his teachers really work with the kids.  I also love the daily reports, especially when he was a baby.  Thanks to the staff for all your hard work! - The Hartley Family
